How we get the leg to your kitchen.
Every Provecho box ships from our Brooklyn cellar via priority overnight to all 48 contiguous states. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or P.O. boxes — the cold chain can't keep up.
We cut to order and ship cold, and you get a tracking number the morning your box goes out.
Ship Mon–Thu within 48 hours. We don't ship Fri–Sun so your leg never sits in a warehouse.
Two pounds of gel ice, recycled-denim insulation. Both go in your curbside compost / textile bin.
Always free on subscriptions. $9 flat under $90 on one-time orders, free over $90.
The cold pack holds for 36 hours. Bring the box inside as soon as you can and refrigerate within the day. If something looks off, email us a photo and we'll replace it.
Not yet. Customs on cured pork is a nightmare. We're working on Canada in 2026.
If something's off, we make it right.
Food we won't ask you to ship back. If your leg arrives warm, damaged, or just not what you expected, send a photo within 7 days and we'll replace the box on the next cycle or refund you in full — your choice.

What we collect and what we don't.
Provecho collects the minimum we need to ship a box: name, email, shipping address, phone (for the courier), and payment via Stripe (we never see your card number). We don't sell your data, ever, full stop.
Order history, browsed products (to recommend pairings), email opens (so we don't re-send spam).
Third-party tracking pixels or cross-site ad cookies. Analytics are IP-anonymized, no fingerprinting.

By using provecho.co you agree to the terms below. They're governed by New York law and apply to anyone over 21 in the United States.
Your subscription bills on the same day each month. Pause, skip, swap, or cancel from Mi caja any time before the Sunday lock date.
If we raise the box price we'll email 30 days in advance with a one-click skip on the next box. Existing subscribers keep their current price through renewal.
One code per order. Subscriber discounts apply on top of promo codes only on first-box pricing.
A few pantry items (wines, vermouth) require a 21+ signature on delivery.
How a Spanish leg legally lands in your kitchen.
Every Provecho leg is sourced from a USDA-approved Spanish plant, inspected on arrival, and re-handled in our USDA-licensed Brooklyn facility before slicing.
Castilla y León, Spain. Single-source per box. Producer name on every box and PDP.
100% Ibérico breed certified by Norma de Calidad. Cure 24–60 months, declared on each item.
Cold-chain within 72 h. Sliced day-of-ship by a licensed cortador. Lot # on every label.
