Ibérico Ambassador is our own-label range: lomo, salchichón, chorizo and 50% breed jamón and paleta, picked to round out the table when a whole bellota leg is more than you need.

Each piece is hand-selected and aged slowly in the cellars — cool air, stone and time. Nothing rushed, nothing blended.
